Plötzlich war da diese Email in meinem Postfach: Wenn ich Lust habe, könnte ich aus 70cm feinstem dunkelblauen Flamé-Jersey von Nosh etwas schönes für mich nähen und hier auf dem Blog zeigen.
Ob ich Lust habe? Na aber hallo! Welch Frage .. Ich liebe die Nosh-Stoffe und bin immer noch der Meinung, noch nie einen weicheren Stoff in den Händen gehalten zu haben.
Tja, aber was näht man aus 70cm Jersey? Wenn, dann sollte es für mich schon mehr als ein klassisches Langarmshirt werden.
Als ich den Stoff auf dem Vorschaubild sah und mich an den grauen Flamé erinnerte, hatte ich gleich das Doppel-Shirt Malotty von Ki-Ba-Doo im Kopf. Den Flamé-Jersey wollte ich für das weite Shirt verwenden und für das Top einen einfachen schwarzen Jersey.
Catrin und ich überlegten hin und her, ob die 70cm dafür wohl reichen würden. Schließlich entschieden wir, es zu probieren und Catrin war so lieb, mir für den Fall dass es nicht funktionieren sollte noch passendes schwarzes Bündchen beizulegen. Damit hätte ich die Ärmel verlängern können.
Es war zwar nicht ganz einfach, aber hey, es hat geklappt. Ich konnte aus 70cm Stoff tatsächlich das Malotty-Shirt in Größe 36 nähen. Manchmal lohnt es sich wirklich, wenn man sich beim Zuschnitt 10min mehr Zeit nimmt.

Schon einmal habe ich den Flamé-Jersey von Nosh verarbeitet und wusste, dass da kein normaler Jersey vor mir liegt. Der Flamé hat seine ganz eigene Art. Er ist nicht so weich und elastisch wie die anderen Nosh-Stoffe und hat aufgrund seiner Struktur auch einen gewissen Stand. Vernäht als figurbetontes Langarmshirt fand ich ihn nicht ganz so ideal.
Dafür ist er für das weite Malotty-Shirt wie gemacht!
Ich mag den Look der zwei übereinander getragenen Shirts sehr. Das ist super bequem und fühlt sich trotzdem nicht wie „Couch“ an. Das Top habe ich bewusst in schwarz genäht, um ein unaufälliges Oufit zu kreieren.
Erst dachte ich, dass ich es wohl eher daheim tragen würde. Nachdem es aber fertig war und ich es das erste Mal trug, habe ich es einfach nicht mehr ausgezogen. Ich habe es überall mit hingenommen und war überrascht, wie es einfach in jede Lebenssituation passt.
Ich vermute, dass die nächste Malotty-Kombination nicht lang auf sich warten lassen wird.
Damit und mit einem herzlichen Dankeschön an Catrin, hüpfe ich rüber zu den kreativen Damen am Donnerstag und RUMSe ganz kräftig mit.
Lottys nähe ich zur Zeit rauf und runter für die Mädels. Bald bin ich soweit und nähe sie für mich.

Liebe Sindy, ich finde, dass dir die Shirtkombi ganz toll steht! Die Sternchen sind schön damentauglich-dezent, ohne nach Schlafanzug auszusehen. Und Kombitops könntest du ja noch in weiteren Farben ergänzen (z.B. in freundlichem marine oder grau ;-p). Das macht das Ganze im Sinne der myessentials auch super einsetzbar.
Also für mich definitiv kein Teil für die Couch oder zu Hause!

In der Tat sind die Sternchen super damentauglich! Es hat schon fast was elegantes und lässt sich perfekt in den Alltag integrieren.
Und als ob Du meine Gedanken lesen könntest, liegt hier ein grauer Stoff, den ich mir gut als Top vorstellen könnte. Oder ein blau-weiß gestreifter als Top und ein schönes Marineblau als Shirt 🙂
Ja, der Flamé ist toll! Mit dunkelblau hat Catrin dir eine Freude machen können. Super! Ich finde, du kannst dir auch ruhig ein Top aus einem der Stoffe bzw. der Farben aus deiner Herbst Farbpalette nähen. Das Shirt ist echt schön.
Ohja, ich mag die Aussage "ich hab hier einen Stoff liegen und hab gleich an Dich gedacht". Und wie recht sie hatte, er passt perfekt. Er ist zwar ein bisschen dunkler als meine anderen Kleidungsstücke, aber es gibt so gewisse Tage, da muss es einfach ein bisschen dunkler sein. Schön, dass die Sternchen dem schlichten Outfit noch ein bisschen Pepp geben 🙂
